"Last Seven Days" report suddenly quit

I was configuring the "last seven days" report screen when the above error suddenly occurred and I can no longer access the report. This happened after I added all products to the CSV output. Please advise on how to fix? I can't make any sense of the error message myself.

Hi,

Can you please provide us the content of the column "widget_params" for the row with the "widget_name" set to "Last Seven days" ?
Thanks to "phpmyadmin", you can access to the table "hikashop_widget" and see the raw configuration of your widgets.
Using that configuration we will be able to have the same result as you and provide a fix.

I fix that you changed something in your configuration and now the query is wrong.
If you want to regain the access of the HikaShop dashboard, you can also change the value of the column "widget_published" in order to unpublish the widget.

Hello Jerome,
No I didn't change anything. I was exploring options under Reports. I opened the report set up as "last seven days." I set it to tabulate by customer. Then I added all my products, thinking that when the report was downloaded to CSV we also would have a column showing the products which have been purchased AND their purchasers. That's when this happened. I didn't touch any php. The rest of the control panel is accessible and working. It's just that I can no longer use the report "last seven days." I'm, sure we'll get it fixed.

Can you also answer a related question regarding authorize.net SIM method? There's a nice option in the plugin put in the "url for your logo." But the documentation doesn't explain how that url should be configured. Is it going to be an image url from the back end? Or a public url from the front end? I'm thinking it's going to be the first; I simply upload my image, copy its internal url and paste that in at the designated spot in the authorize plugin.

Hi,

They are thousand of combinations in the report system ; we do not have the possibility to test them all so it happen that some specific configuration had unwanted side effect ; and you totally have the right to change the configuration. I hope that point is clear enough.
If you read my message, what I am asking you is the configuration you now have ; so I can reproduce it and fix it.
So, please answer to that request so we will be able to move in the right direction.

About your second question ; I will ask you to create a new topic for that.
We will try to resolve one single question at the time and don't handle multiple and totaly different issues in the same thread.

Not sure what happened here but for now I simply deleted the broken report and created a new custom report which works and which I like better. So there is no need to investigate this particular issue any further. I think I asked this one report to do too much. Better to have multiple reports with simple view options.
