Paypal or Shipping....but not both, need help ASAP

Hi all.

First off I am running Joomla 1.7.2 with Hikashop Business 1.5.4

I have come across a problem with the Checkout on Hikashop.

I previously had problems getting the Paypal method to show upon checkout, I then fixed it by opening it up in Joomla Plugin Manager then saving it.

However then I couldn't get shipping to show on the checkout so I tried the above and it now shows, However it has knocked out the Paypal Payment Method coming up with the error "No Payment Methods Found".

The weird part is it only happens when you go to the checkout with something that needs shipping, downloadable products the Paypal Plugin still works fine and displays.

Also at the bottom of a checkout that requires shipping it shows this just above the continue shopping button,
"You chose the shipping method: UK - Up to 250g
You chose the payment method: PayPal "

But no proceed button!

Any ideas or help is very much appreciated.
