Shipping address NOT defaulted

You will have to add such code at the end of the file "address" of the view "checkout" via the menu Display->Views:

?><script type="text/javascript">hikashopEditAddress(document.getElementById('hikashop_checkout_shipping_address_edit_<?php echo $address->address_id; ?>'),1,false);</script>

and remove the line:
$checked = 'checked="checked" ';

Please make sure that you're editing the view file for the front end template you're using and not another template or you won't see any change.

It has no changed in HikaShop 2.0.0 but there would be a new (hidden) option in HikaShop 2.0.1
