Thanks for your patience, we have just add a little fix on your website, that seems to solve your last issue.
We process some tests, but we are awaiting your returns to be sure that this issue is now completely solved.

The problem with the product approval and the shipping settings was resolved, but it caused another issue.

Example:

Vendor created a shipping method with a cost of 10$

Then when creating a product he chooses this shipping method and he wants to set shipping cost (that will be added to the shipping method cost) for specific quantities.

He sets for 2 items 5$
He sets for 10 items 20$

So... the shipping method for 1 item must be the 10$ (as set in the shipping method).

The problem is that, when the shipping prices for specific quantities are set, on the product details page the shipping price for one item dissapears.

All the calculations on checkout are correct.

For better understanding, please check product "Test Nicos 1".

Thank you for your help so far.

Since we have replied to this topic about 3 days and 11 hours ago mentioning a new problem generated after the fix you provided, we wonder if our support request is somehow lost or if this issue is hard to be fixed and we have to wait.

Please inform me because now i am sitting in the dark, waiting, without knowing anything and without being able to set our marketplace online for public!

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.
It was a big code modification that was required to make that work properly.
We've finally been able to finish the modifications.
I've added the necessary patches on your website and tested it and it seems to be working fine for you too.
We'll also add these changes on our end for the next release of HikaShop.

The problem became greater now, because when vendor adds new product, shipping settings do not exist at all.

Ah yes, I see what is the problem. It was just a typo in the modifications I made. I added a patch and it's working too.
We'll also add that change on our end for the next release of HikaShop.

Unfortunately, a new issue was discovered with shipping prices!

Steps to reproduce:

Vendor creates new shipping method

  • Published
  • Price
  • Use price per product

Vendor creates new product and applies this shipping method
  • Minimum quantity: 1
  • Fee: 10

Result: On product details page The hipping price that shows is 0 where it should be 10.

Please advise...

Can you recreate the issue with the vendor account you provided before and tell me the name of the product and a link to the product details page so that I can check the issue directly ?

Forgive us but we can not recreate the issue with the vendor account we provided before because that vendor was for testing purposes and was deleted when our marketplace went online.

We are sending new credentials to login and see this issue.

Hi,

The issue was different there. It wasn't that the fee wasn't taken into account. But the whole shipping method was discarded.
I've made a patch and it's now working properly.
We'll include that on our end.
