set maximum price for shipping but still charging

hi there i have upgraded to the lattest version 1.39 and after testing the cart I noticed that it still charges for shipping even after I have told it the maximum limit.

for example I have said that for all orders north island and south island to a maximum of $149.00 this-> Price

and for anything over $150 FREE

not sure whats going on .



ok so I have attached 2 more images , note the prices and the limits I set above..

[3] Items exceeding the value of $149 and being Charged Shipping ...

Then adding a Forth Item it gives me the free Shipping ?.

Weird.

Thank you for the screenshots. That explains the problem. I think it comes from the fact that the minimum price is check on the total price without taxes.

Could you edit the file plugins/hikashopshipping/manual.php and replace, in the function onShippingDisplay, the 4 places where you have

$order->total->prices[0]->price_value
by
$order->total->prices[0]->price_value_with_tax
?
