Andorra not in Europe?

Hi,

Hikashop thinks that Andorra is not in Europe.
This is a bug?

Hi,

That is not a bug.
Andorra is not part of the European Union nor part of the European Union VAT area:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Union_val...dded_tax#EU_VAT_area
Thus, it is rightfully not in the Europe tax zone which is by default in HikaShop.
