Two tax rate in one product

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.1

My client has one requirement for which I need clarification if this is possible-

A)I made an order for a school in Canada and when they order from us we need to charge them 5% GST sales tax on Product A.
B)Additionally, if someone orders Product B from us from within Canada and within our province (British Columbia), we have to charge 5% GST (goods and services tax) and additionally 7% PST (provincial Sales tax).

For me point A seems possible but I am not sure how can I setup point B.Is this possible to setup something like Point B. if Yes, then how?

Hi Irfan,
a. Sure point A will be possible by using ACL and tax restrictions
b. You'll be able to do that by creating another tax category, by adding in it other tax rates, and setting the "product tax category" option of your product B to the new tax category that you created.

Thanks Mohamed Thelji,But I am still not getting what I need.Could you please look into the snapshot and let me know what wrong I am doing?

What I was expecting is, if user is from Canada he will be charged 5% gst and he is from British Columbia he'll be charged 5% gst as well as 7% PST.But GST is not applying.

For both tax rule I have enabled cumulative option.It works if both zones are canada.But what I need is second rule only apply if state is British Columbia.How can I achieve this?
