Taxes Rounding when they shouldn't

I'm having an issue where I have taxes set to NOT round in the configuration, but when the amount is sending to PayPal, the taxes are being rounded. Paypal then rejects the order because there is a discrepancy in the amount. Here are some screenshots:

I think it's actually logical. You send the details of the order to paypal (I guess the tax is 2.099) which will round it and get 2.10.
So it does not correspond to the total you also give. Two solutions to avoid the problem:
- Enable the round feature of Hikashop
- Do not send details to paypal (it's an option in the Paypal payment method plugin)

So I'm revisting this topic because we just had another occurence of this - but it was due to a 10% discount not rounding.

The discount on our Shopping cart came to $16.995 but when it got to PayPal it was rounded to $17.00. So - the notification back to us from PayPal was refused due to an invalid amount.

I would love it if the discount amount rounded in the Hikashop prior to sending to PayPal - just as the taxes do. Any chance of this? Is it already available and I'm just not seeing it?

No - I should not have to compromise how I want the order sent to PayPal because the shopping cart software has a bug. PayPal is totaling correctly - the shopping cart is not.
