Display price with Tax

I am trying to sell a bike for $3195.00 Which includes 10% tax
If you advertise something for sale in Australia and list it as
Dynamic 40 Electric Bike $3195.00 then the pricing commission states that it has to include the GST (Tax).
You cannot advertise it as $2904.55 and then add tax at the end unless you state that it excludes tax (which I do not want to advertise it like that).
I would like to advertise it as $3195.00 and when the payment is made, 10% GST is shown in the invoice.
ie
Dynamic 40 $ 2904.55
10% GST $ 319.50
Total $3195.00

It seems any combination of the tax I make or price of the bike it just doesnt want to work like this
Is this at all possible?
