VAT no being charged to new customers

Hello

im having a few problems which i need help to slove

the first i really need to sort asap

i have had an order today for a flex joint the customer is new to us the retail price is £42.00 but once he had signed up and bought the item he was only charged £35.00 this price is without vat.

why has this happened and can somone help me sole this issue..

try for your self the pipe above rrp is 200 but when bought buy a new user the vat is taken off and the price goes down to £200.00

im not sure how long this has been happing but i really need to get to the bottom of it.

my second issue is that when users click on bends on the following link there are taken back to the main shop screen. all items are in stock .

ok ive just found that my GBR tax zones wasnt set up correct i now have the vat showing as it should for uk members.

im still have problems with the clicking on the bends products and being sent back to the main screen

Hi,

Please give us a screenshot of the menu displaying this category listing and the settings of the associated module.

This is maybe due to a wrong menu selected in the "menu" option of the associated module (this associated module is here to display the products). For this option, you have to select a category listing menu.

Hi,

Do you have tried to change the menu value in the associated module settings as explained ?
Have you read that documentation :

And the FAQ:
www.hikashop.com/support/faq.html

If you have read all of that, tried to change the settings and it's still not working, so yes you can give us an admin access.
