Tax not working for Products

-- url of the page with the problem -- : purereputation.co.uk
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 35.0.1

When I enter the price for a product, price with tax is not getting calculated.

I have checked the Tax Category and Tax Rules but cant figure out why.

Please help. This is very urgent.

PS: Tax was set up after adding the product and the edited the product to apply tax.

Hello,
What do you exactly mean by "The price with tax is not getting calculated", are you talking about the price that you set for your product through the "Price" tab of your product configuration page ?
Or the price which is displayed through your front-end product page ?

Hi,

First, please note that note having the tax calculated in the backend when you enter the price doesn't mean that the taxes are not configured properly (and you might actually get the taxes on the prices in the frontend if you activate that option).
Actually, your tax settings look fine.
So you problem is probably with your current user's address which was detected as not taxable by the system. So I would recommend to review it by editing your user via the Customers menu of HikaShop.
