VAT added for no apparant reason

I have a product that has a required option.

When this product is selected I get a VAT amount in the checkout. If I delete the option then the VAT goes away. This tells me that the issue is with the option.

As I don't charge tax, I have my tax rate set at 0% and I have set up all products not to include tax.

This works for all products except this one. Given that I sent out a special marking campaign for this product last night, I am keen to work out what I have done wrong.

The product is "Wire Loop Kit", EWLG01 which is required when purchasing "Wire Loop Game (9 April)", EWG01. Order F1T32 and F1S31 are examples of where it went wrong. Total should have been NZD120 and not NZD140.
