Extra Tax line on invoices and notifications

-- HikaShop version -- : pro 2.4.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.2
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29

I seem to be unable to get rid of an extra Tax line for all emails and invoices. It doesn't show up during the checkout process, but shows up in all correspondence, on the invoice, and within the order summary (backend).

I have removed all tax categories, and use tax cloud. I only use one currency (USD), and did a mass action to change all tax IDs to 0. Any ideas?

I'm sorry but HikaShop "pro 2.4.4" does not exist.

About your issue ; I suppose that you're using TaxCloud, right ?

Changing the Hikashop Tax Cloud Plugin worked. Specifically clearing the line for the Shipping TIC' ID to have no entry did the trick.

apparently the shipping was being taxed at 0% and was adding that line to have 2 tax lines.
