Hello,
I have read relative topics here, the documentation and the FAQ but I cannot find a solution, so I kindly am addressing to your help, if it is possible.
The problem is that the shop cannot calculate the taxes. Assume a product with a price excl. taxes at 10GBP. It shows as follows: £10.00 (£10.00 exc. VAT). But it should showed £12.30 (£10.00 ex. VAT) because the tax rules says VAT 23%.
I have created different VAT rules and zones because my shop sells electronic/digital goods as well as natural goods. For the EU VAT I have installed your package from: www.hikashop.com/component/updateme/ctrl...ugin-tax_europe.html .
The rule in Europe for digital goods is the VAT of the customer's country. My shop is based in UK, the demo client I created is in Athens, Greece. So, it must apply 23%. Or it must apply it at the final step in checkout or in paypal payment. Somewhere... Nothing.

For your convenience, I attach here all the configuration screens I think they are relating with the settings on the taxes.
Any idea is more than appreciated. I hope that I just have missed something.
See the zip file with the screenshots.

Thanks and regards
Leonidas

Hi Jerome!
Thank you very much for your reply.
It was on "all customers type" because I have all customers type. But when I turned into individuals it works perfectly. I hope this configuration to understand the different tax rules for companies with or without vat and distinguish from the individuals because I am EU based company and the taxes are based on the VAT and the type of the customers.

Thanks and much appreciated
