I only tax in IL, however tax shows up for all ...

Hi,

I only need to add sales tax to IL shipping addresses. The IL Sales Tax shows up in the checkout even before any addresses are added, and when I put in an address from a different state, the IL Sales Tax still shows up.

I wonder if it's in the system configuration for main tax zone? I chose USA, but when I click on that to get a list of states, it comes up an error folder under the USA folder, no states showing up. Is this where I should take care of the problem?

Note that you can restrict your tax to a specific zone, you'll just have to edit it via "Hikasop->System->Taxes->YourTaxe" and use the "Zone" option.
