Tax for counties

We have a direct sales company and would like to start using Hikashop for the consultants to send in orders. My problem is in the state of Georgia (USA) we have to charge tax per county/city. Is there a way to have a spot at check out where they select the tax % to be added in? or a preset for counties I'm not seeing.

Hello,
Sure, you'll just have to set differrent taxes regarding the country through your tax configuration page ("Hikashop->System->Taxes") by using the "Zone" option.

I'm following this thread and think the question was misunderstood... the OP needs to charge a multitude of different taxes by county and city within one single state zone (not by country (USA)).

Sure, but I think that creating 1 tax per zone (every city within a state zone for example) will do the job. You'll just have to create 1 custom payment zone per tax.
