Bug report + fix

Hi, i found an error in
administrator\components\com_hikashop\helpers\vat.php in line 76.
There is a typo trying to call JText:: it is written Jtex:: instead, which brought one of our user accounts to a halt after trying to enter a VAT-ID from a wrong country and somehow managing to save it.
Every further access to the account would lead to a 500 error as hikashop tried to generate an error message with Jtex::

Just add the t and everything is golden.
