VAT

I have been informed that I must collect VAT from all my customers, even if they are also VAT registered.

At the moment VAT is not charged for customers with valid VAT numbers.

How/where do I change this behaviour.

I have done this and now when I create an order in the backend whilst trying to save an order line entry I get the following error:

An error has occurred.
