Do not collect tax from certain customer types

My client's storefront will sell goods to retail customers as well as distributors. The distributors have separate Joomla user groups, and will get reduced pricing. However, they should not be charged sales tax on their purchases, as they will collect tax when they retail the products to their customers. Is there a way to set this up in HikaShop?
