If it helps, we saw 5 API errors on 6/13
4 CustomerID missing and 1 failure to return an order that was not previously captured -- Error: "The order could not be found or has not been captured yet (OrderID : 1764)"
We see your Lookups for the transaction detailed and agree that it, well they (there were multiple that matched the fact pattern), were not captured.
The raw lookups may not be displayed in the TaxCloud UI as I write this message because we are about to release a major upgrade to our Transactions area (in the next day or two), and some of the components for that upgrade have already deployed, while the final UI bits are briefly delayed in QA.
Note: This transactions display upgrade has no impact on our APIs, just display.
This upgrade is driven by our merchants with monthly transaction volumes in the hundreds-of-thousands to millions range, but will certainly benefit all of our merchants.
So if you cannot see transactions that were Looked-up, but not captured, rest assured if TaxCloud responded with tax amount(s) due, we have the record(s), but they may not be visible in the UI yet.
