Remove HikaShop from a Joomla 3.0.3 Site

I have been asked to help remove Hikashop 2.1.1 Starter from a Joomla 3.0 site. They were trying it out and decided not to use it.

The problem they are running into is that if you uninstall Hikashop component and plugin items through the extension manager. There are errors on the site after the ununinstall. For example when trying to add new menu items we get the following errors:

Just to double check to make sure it had something to do with Hikashop removal I restored from a backup. Checked to make sure we could add menu items, uninstalled Hikashop again and tried to add a menu item and got the error again.
