fatal error on selecting customers -> votes

Selecting customers -> votes in backend leads to a fatal error:

Call to undefined function hikashop_loadLib() in ...\administrator\components\com_hikashop\views\vote\tmpl\listing.php on line 50

Well I'm already using the latest version (2.1.2)on Joomla 2.5.9 and everything works fine except the administrator part of the votes function.
So what could cause this problem? And more important: who has an idea how to solve it?

You can download the latest package from our website, and install it over the current one. (it's still the 2.1.2 but with some corrections).
This should solve your problem.
