Breadcrumbs destroying my shop

Hi,

I've made a rather lovely front end to our shop, which can be viewed by following this link: mojooutdoors.dreamhosters.com/index.php/replacement-parts-shop

Everything works fine if you navigate through the side menu...once you start backing up using the breadcrumbs feature, everything falls apart.

Problem 1) Replacement Parts does not bring you back to the front end, but rather to this ugly page: mojooutdoors.dreamhosters.com/index.php/replacement-parts

Problem 2) When backing up to a category page, rather then just displaying all categories the system displays all the sub categories in a list below the main category, like this: mojooutdoors.dreamhosters.com/index.php/...ategory/71-game-bird

Please note that we have purchased the full version of HikaShop and we really, REALLY need the problems resolved. I would be more than happy to PM an admin login so you guys can clean this up...I've been working on this for weeks to no avail.

Thank you!

Hi,

I think that using the simplified breadcrumbs option ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Feature->'SEF url options'" will probably help you.

Changed the option, absolutely no change in breadcrumb structure.

The same issues still exist.

Hi,

1. The Replacement parts link goes to the replacement parts page. That's normal. The fact that it is "ugly" is just that you configured that menu like this.
Go in the menu Display->Content menus, edit your menu (with the id 606) and there you can configure how you want it to be displayed.

2. The sub categories are displayed because the menu is set to display them. So same as point 1:
Go in the menu Display->Content menus, edit your menu (with the id 606) and there you can configure that with the "Show sub categories" option.
