add tracking# in the order status

Hi,

The toggles on the listing are only the simplified ones.
Please edit the custom field as I said in my previous message.
On the edit form of the field, you'll see extra display settings in order to fine tune the display on the different areas.

Thank you for the quick response. I am sorry if I am misunderstanding.

The 4th screenshot from my previous post shows that within the "display" area of the custom field edit form I have all of the options set to "yes" including backend-listing.

That toggle is working to enable/disable the "Birth Month" custom field within the order list view. So, I am confident that I am editing the correct setting in the custom field edit view for "Tracking Number".

Hi,

That's my bad, I missed the last screenshot of your message somehow.
In that case, the field is actually displaying on the listing.
However, we introduced a while back the "columns" switcher on the top right corner of the listing, which allows you to activate and deactivate the display of each columns of listings in the backend. I can see on your screenshot that only 10 columns are displayed out of the 18 columns available. I suppose that your tracking number column is one of the deactivated columns in there.

...and now the oversight is mine. I have not changed any of the settings from the previous screenshots and the tracking ID is not showing in the switcher as an option.

Hi,

Then, you must be using an early build of HikaShop 5.0.2 or HikaShop 5.0.1 and you likely have this issue:

Reinstalling 5.0.2 over the top corrected the issue.
