Did you test the same values on the UPS online tool for shipping price calculation ?
Do you have the same result than with HikaShop with the same weight/dimensions ?
For example, if you try with the 2 products case:
Weight : 1 LB
Length : 0.965
Width : 0.812
Height : 0.965

If so, and that should be the case, there is nothing we can do as the rates the plugin display are sent by UPS.

The rate for 1 piece is the same as my UPS Worldship 2012, but for additional quantities, the rate is higher than UPS Worldship 2012.

- how did you configured your test in UPS online tools (screenshot)
- the reslut (screenshot)
- the sender and receiver adress.

I found the problem. The handling charge does not calculate the percentage correctly. Thank-you for your help.

There are TWO EXCLUDE_DIMENSIONS in my screen. Which one do I select? Only one can be set at a time and now my UPS numbers are coming up wrong.

Help!
