[SOLVED] Different shipping cost

Hi.
Ive searched this forum for an answer to my problem, without succes. So i hope someone can help me.

I have setup 2 manual shipping rates. But only 1 shows. I want my 2 rates like this:
1) If a custumor order for less then 500, they are charged 25 for shipping (this shows)
2) If a custumor order for more then 500 its free shipping (this dosent show)

I would guess the system should choose the right shipping by its self?

I know the image showen below is in danish, but hopefully it helps.

Hi,

I don't understand your problem.
If the price is lower than 500, the first shipping method would be displayed.
If the price is higher than 500, the second shipping method would be displayed.

So, it is logical than you can see both in the same time.
The checkout just display methods that the customer can choose.

Hi Jerome.

See the problem is that its stays with payment of 25, even if your order is more then the 500. Instead it should be free of charge, becaurse the total amount of the order is more then 500.

Hi,

Does your product have a weight ?
Does your product have variants ?
Does all product variant have a weight ?

If you do not want to use weights :
Do you have enabled the option "include virtual price" in the shipping configuration ?
Do you have enabled the option "Force shipping regardless of weight" in the HikaShop configuration (tab checkout) ?

Hi.

Do you have enabled the option "include virtual price" in the shipping configuration ?
-No i didnt have that. But i enabked it, and now it works :-)
