Seems as if the weight is made up of 5 digits, it works, but it will be 6 or more it will not work!

How on earth do you change the number of decimals in the product weight.
If you use 5 digits it works, but you use 6 or more it will not work, must surely be a solution otherwise the system inoperative, for our part!

Hika Shop puts the Decimals in, just don't type them yourself..... if the product i added worked then you just have to reflect your products to the one i added to ensure they are correct..

The product you put in, weighs 40g, it's ok.

Try to increase the weight to 240g or 1270g as an example and you'll see what I mean, because the shipping cost is not shown in these cases.

Discovered now, do I add a new product, it works, but I change the weight of existing products, it will not work.

Go to the Product
Click on Manage Variant - Under Characteristics
Click on a Variant/Characteristics
Input the weight for the Characteristics and save

Do the same for all the Variants/Characteristics listed

Bingo, now I have learned a lot about HikaShop, a thousand thanks for been patient with me.
Now I can add the products again and then go online, need I say it, I am very happy now.
