No shipping method shown

Greetings,
I'm having no luck configuring UPS shipping. Have contacted UPS to insure that all existing account/access key info is correct. Attached are UPS method and product configuration screen shots. Thanks much!

I would be happy to, but I'm a little reluctant to send the site link with username/password info. Can I do this confidentially? The site is under construction, and a working site with similar url is up and functional. Also, please inform as to what is meant by "test account"?

Hi,
The behavior of your checkout workflow is strange, did you modified some hikashop's files ?

- 2 error messages are displaid
- how did you add your message "Thank you for your purchase...."
- the address step isn't displaid

I don't think that the problem is coming from the shipping method.

Hello,
I used the override function in Hikashop configuration/languages to change the h1 "Login or create a new account" to "Thank you for your purchase...check out here.", and to make "registration not allowed" disappear. (I don't need my customers to go through a login process).

I then used CSS to style the overridden h1 and to make "registration" go away.

I have returned the page to its original form, but it still doesn't show a shipping method. I would guess that making changes in the configuration/language section should have no effect on shipping?

The problem is coming from your front-end template ans we do not fix template issues.

(It's working fine with the "beez20" template).

Hello,

I have the same problem.
The checkout prozess says please choice shipping method.
But no shipping method is shown!!!???

I use an joomlashine template.....
But this could not be the reason.

Hi,

If your product have a weight and you have include the "shipping" step in your checkout workflow, HikaShop would try to load shipping methods.
If there is no shipping method activated, or no manual shipping method configure, HikaShop won't found any shipping and this message would be displayed.

Could you provides us some screenshots of your shipping configuration ?

What is the country in the address of your super admin ?

Hello,

Now I install joomla 2.5.8 and Hikashop 2.0.
But under joomla 2.5.8 i have the same problem.
I activate the "HikaShop manual shipping plugin" with two shipping methods. Tax zone is for all Germany (superuser, tax, and shipping method).

???

Hello,

I test your demo (frontend/backend).
You have also the same problem on your site.
You have a lot of shipping methods activated but only one (UPS) was shown.

Please help...
If this and other problems (like export problems) stay, then I ask for refund :( !!

I have a similar problem. No shipping method for any other country other than Australia which is where I am.

I have no zone restrictions that I can see but no shipping comes up for any other country.

Desperate to solve this.

I found my mistake I have made.
The products must have a weight.
