Hi,
If your product have a weight and you have include the "shipping" step in your checkout workflow, HikaShop would try to load shipping methods.
If there is no shipping method activated, or no manual shipping method configure, HikaShop won't found any shipping and this message would be displayed.
Could you provides us some screenshots of your shipping configuration ?
