Charge customers in Turkey using PayPal

Hi Nicolas,
After I changed the no_shipping value to 2, PayPal checked what HikaShop is returning for me. Here is what they sent:

Thanks. I think the best option is to hide the shipping address in the shopping cart. So the customers will only enter the billing address and they won't have to type the shipping address twice. I think this seems to be an issue that needs to be fixed.
