Hi,

I see that your two shipping methods are unpublished, your restriction can't work if the shipping methods are not available.
Please open a new thread for your problem because I think you can do quite better with the new point system using the plugins "user points" and not the old and deprecated "hikashop - alphauserpoints" plugin.

I'm using Hikashop Business, it's really a good shopping cart component.

I'm using AlphaUserPionts plugin, for user to using partial points payment when checking out. Now I have a question, and I've just checked some articles but get no answer.

Is it possible to set partial point payment for product A, but not B? I set A and B in different categories, but can't set payment for specific category. Even I set different shipping method for different warehouse, and set different payment methods for different shipping methods, the partial point payment shows up anyway.

I know it's a special request. Any idea?

Hi,

The plugin "HikaShop User Points payment plugin" does not allow to have such restriction for the payment.
It is possible to earn point depending some specific products (to filter on the categories) but for the payment part ; it is currently not possible because the plugin can be use as a classical payment plugin.

A payment plugin must be able to pay the entire order.
There are options like "partial payment" or "virtual coupon" which allow to use the payment method as... not a payment method.
But if we want to add such filtering options ; I think the best is to made a new plugin which won't be a payment plugin, so we won't have the troubles with options which won't work in all cases (which was one reason of the split of the old "alpha user points" plugin into two "user points" plugins).
