Category Menu url not created

I am not sure if this is a bug with Hika (or infact joomsef or Maximenu CK)

In this new site:
invertech.com.au/

The menu on the left, the category display ( like Inverters) creates a home url ( invertech.com.au/ ); and the child elements (product table) all have the same url..

For that menu item (Inverters), it works as expected with joomsef off. ( invertech.com.au/inverters )

Has not happened on several other sites so not sure where to start with this one.

** EDIT: I have also published the original menu (top position) that is copied by Maximenu, and same thing.

Any clues most welcome.

Fixed it.

I think it was a JoomSEF setting 'Ignore multiple sources' which was on Global Config and when switched to No, and cache cleared it seems to have fixed it.
