Changing Order Status was created by mohairbears
Hi, I have updated to the new version and used to be able to change the order status from the orders page, this is now not possible and I have to go in to each order to change the order status.

Hi,

Why are you saying that it's not possible now ?
We didn't change that so you can still change the status of orders on the orders listing. It's working fine on our end and on the demo website.

Hi, Sorry yes you are correct this works ok on your demo but does not work no longer on my set up? I have just re downloaded and installed again and it still will not work?? any clues as to what could be wrong?

Hi,

You must have a javascript error on your backend. You should check your browser's javascript error console for it. That will give more information on what is going on.

Hi, It's been 2 days now without a reply, I have gone back 2 version 1.6 and changing the status works ok, upgraded again to version 2 and again I cannot change the status? I have not changed anything else that could have affected this?

Please help.

Squeezbox is the old joomla popup system. The new one doesn't use squeezebox anymore on joomla 3.0

Since the status popup is working fine for everyone else and that we can't reproduce the problem on our end either, it has to be something that is interfering on your website.

Could you provide a backend access ?

You have edited the listing of orders:
www.mohairbearmakingsupplies.co.uk/admin...r&template=bluestork
Because of that, you didn't get the modifications necessary to use the new popup system.

Remove the personalization you had done in the listing file and it will work. You can then reapply the modification to the new version of the file.
