Order total incorrect on Site

Somehow we are getting an incorrect total in the checkout portion on our site. The order was one item with a 10% coupon applied and USPS Priority Mail Express shipping. It is one cent off. When the order details are sent to Paypal, they correctly total the order which causes a discrepancy between the site total and PayPal total. I'm attaching a screenshot of the Order Total from Checkout and the Order Total from Paypal. Please help.

Well - I had that setting before but had problems with the sales taxes...please see my earlier post Taxes rounding when they shouldn't

For this case with the discount - it's rounding correctly, but not totaling correctly.

If I change the setting back to where it doesn't round during calculations, then I will have an issue with the sales tax again.

I do think this is a bug and can't believe others have not experienced it. I did some testing this morning and have two screenshots.

First is the order on the confirmation page before it sends to PayPal. This is with the item and shipping only - no tax or discount and it totals correctly:

Could you try download the very last version of Hikashop (2.3.0) on our site?
It might solve the problem.
