multilenguaje products option with joomla 2.5

We don't have that problem on our end. That is working fine for us.
I'm thinking that it might be a problem with the popup closing before the AJAX request to your server.
Could you edit the file "edit_translation" for your back end template via the menu Display->Views and change the line:
<button type="button" onclick="submitbutton('save_translation');try{ window.top.document.getElementById('sbox-window').close(); }catch(err){ window.top.SqueezeBox.close(); }"><img src="<?php echo HIKASHOP_IMAGES; ?>save.png"/><?php echo JText::_('OK'); ?></button>

to:
<button type="button" onclick="submitbutton('save_translation'); setTimeout('try{ window.top.document.getElementById(\'sbox-window\').close(); }catch(err){ window.top.SqueezeBox.close(); }',200);"><img src="<?php echo HIKASHOP_IMAGES; ?>save.png"/><?php echo JText::_('OK'); ?></button>

and try again ?
