Hikashop emails in 2 different languages

I'have installed hikashop business edition, and create 2 different products category , which is mainly one category for the one language and the other product category for the other language and I simply assign those categories each of its menus

I'm looking to set if the user orders a product the email that is being send to the user and admin to be in the language that the user has selected ?

I'have installed both of my language files and allowed the user to choice his/her language when registering. I just need the emails to be in the language that the user has select when the user registered.

Any idea of how to go about it ??

Why not use a translation component like FaLang or JoomFish ?
It allow a simplified management of your products, categories, etc. For example, you only have to manage one stock for all the products instead of two (one per language).

In the current situation, the emails should use the current language used by customers on your website .
To force a language, you can use the Joomla language filter:
