Wrong provinces!

Hi guys!

Since some of our clients are from Iran, I checked Iran's provinces and I notified that:

1. There you used wrong translation for "Provinces", the word that you used there is Arabic since in Persian is completely different!

2. You wrote the name of Tehran (Capital of Iran) wrongly and in Arabic letters and not Persian.

3. Based on last changes in Iran, there is 31 provinces. But your list is less and it seems it's not update. You can check it here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provinces_of_Iran in the table.

4. Another wrong spelling for the name of a province I saw.

I removed all provinces for Iran and Added new rows with correct spelling. If you want I can send you the list in Persian and correct spelling file. I just didn't find where I can see this edited list in back-end files.

Please understand that the HikaShop team did not created the Iran translation file but the Iran community is sharing their translations.

Feel free to share the translation fixes and the province modifications.
