Translation for Additional fields doesn't worl

I've added additional fields in the product administration page. When i choose a language I find the field, put the translation but it isn.t shown in the front-end.

I've attached the field configuration and the page of the product with the "Modo d'uso" translation.

The main description and the field title are correctly translated but the "Modo d'uso" ("How to use") content is not translated
