Hika on ice

HikaSerial works with HikaShop.
There is no plugin for integration with JoomShopping.
You can generate (or import) serials in the backend, you can use the serial with some consumption plugins but you can't create dynamically a serial with a JoomShopping order and you can link a HikaSerial pack with a JoomShopping product.

I still don't know anything about ICE, so I can't talk anything about it and I won't make any recommendation for it.
JoomShopping is an e-commerce system, HikaShop is another.
It's not that I don't want to make an integration with a "competitor" but, I don't see the interest.

You can ask for a refund, their is no problem.

"ICE" made templatse for Joomla. They created one template compatible with HikaShop so we listed them in our documentation because they have one template compatible (and optimized) with HikaShop.
All of their templates are not optimized with HikaShop, I checked and they have only one (the template that we linked).

HikaSerial is an add-on for HikaShop, it means that it requires and it works with HikaShop.
There are very few elements in the front-end for HikaSerial (only one module, if you want to use it) so it will work with most of joomla template without any problem.
So I think that your question is more for HikaShop that for HikaSerial.
At this moment I will suggest you to ask in the HikaShop sections. I am not sure that they will have a lot more to say about templates.
HikaShop works with all template but some are "optimized" so they have a better look and integration for the e-commerce part.
I know that, recently Joomlabamboo made some cool templates optimized with HikaShop. I didn't see it yet but I eared very good feedback.
Because I am mainly working on HikaSerial and HikaMarket, I do not know a lot of things about templates around HikaShop. I am sorry but I won't be a really good support for this part.

About JoomShopping, I suppose that you have installed an ICE template for JoomShopping so you have installed JoomlShopping after that.
But, like I said in a previous post, JoomShopping is another e-commerce solution for Joomla so HikaShop and JoomShopping does not have real interest to be installed and used in the same time.
