Hi,

Unfortunately, the "secure e-book" generator plugin is one of the plugin which can't populate a database like that because it requires to be linked with a product.
The plugin use an information in the product (the product code) in order to call the secure ebook platform and generate the serial code in their side.

This generator is a plugin which can only create serial with an order.

No problem, but what plugin I use to generate serial? There are no other option on the field "Pack Generator".

I have found the solution, just need to config one generator plugin. I do the test and all is work fine!

Thanks anyway.

Hi,

The "pack generator" is the generator which will be use when a serial should be generated.
You don't have to populate your database with serials, they could be generated dynamically when needed (when an order is confirmed for example).

You can use "regular" generators like the "random" one and populate the database, or use any generator and let the system make his stuff when required. The database will grow dynamically with orders.
