Hi,
I need to import 1000 serial numbers to a pack. Is there an instruction available how to format the CSV file?

Hi,

If it's just an import for one single pack, you can simply provide the serial data, one per line.
In the import configuration, you can select one pack so all imported serial will be added into that one.

Otherwise if you want a little example, in the "import" screen, select "import text" and you will have a sample data.

Hi Jerome,
The problem was the missing head title. You have to put serial_data into the first line and then it works...
It would be nice to have a little tutorial for the import function. It has much to offer, but I couldn't find a documentation.
