Hi, I am having a big issue I have a Gift card that I sent that was $30 using hikaserial. I colored over the actual barcode for security reasons. However I have a product discount of 15% on the product. The issue is when I generate a gift card it shows the price with the discount of $25.50. I have tried setting the attachserial product price to both "product price" and to "full product price". However, it still shows the price as $25.50 and not as $30. This is a big issue because this is a gift it needs to show the actual gift card amount and not the discounted price amount. How do I fix this? I attached the gift card and my settings for it.

Thanks,

Josh

Hello,

Would it be possible to know more about how your coupon generator is configured ?

Hi Jerome thank you for the response could you be more specific on what you are wanting to see? I posted all the settings for the serial attach plugin in my previous post. What are you wanting to see the discount that is attached to it, the product itself or what?

Thanks,

Josh

Hello,

You posted a screenshot of your "attach serial" configuration ; so the configuration of what is generating the image.
But I need to have more details about how the product + serial is configured.
I need to understand why does your product is $25.50 and the coupon is $30

Hi, I attached both how my product is set up as well as how the discount is set up. Please let me know if you need anything else from me.

Sorry I missed one part of the question. The actual price of the product is $30 it is not a coupon. I have a discount set to the product of 15% which brings the price of the gift card to $25.50. I need the actual price of product $30 to show on the gift card not the discounted price of $25.50.

Hello,

We still need to understand how the coupon is generated.
You're talking about a coupon but it looks like it's a discount for your product. But we need to understand how the serial is generated.

But I need to have more details about how the product + serial is configured.
I need to understand why does your product is $25.50 and the coupon is $30

I am not using a coupon as I previously said. If you read my previous post I said "discount".

The actual price of the product is $30 it is not a coupon. I have a discount set to the product of 15% which brings the price of the gift card to $25.50. I need the actual price of product $30 to show on the gift card not the discounted price of $25.50.

If you look through my previous post I have sent a screen shot of the discount set up, the product setup what the product looks like on the backend and front end of the product and a screenshot of the output from hikaserial itself.

What are you wanting to see? there is nothing else to see that is all of the setup.

Hello,

I'm sorry I don't understand anything at what you're doing or want to do.

I am having a big issue I have a Gift card that I sent that was $30 using hikaserial

Why are you trying to display a price if you have a fixed value ?
I'm afraid that it does not have any sense for me.
