"Hikaserial Subscription" - some clarifications needed

Hello,
I am thinking about switching from Emerald to Hikaserial Subscription but I can't find a lot of info in your product page and forum,
I need to understand if I would be able to do the same action I am already doing with Emerald:

1 - User buy a subscription > is moved to a custom group (so he is in "Registered" + a custom group)
2 - Subscription is about to expire > user receives one or more reminders with a link to renew (30,15,7 days before expiration)
3 - Subscription expires > user is moved away from the custom group (he is now only in "Registered")

are all these steps possible?

Hello,

1 & 3 - Yes. You have to configure the actions in the "plan".
The "group subscriber" plugin allow to select groups which will be add or remove to the customer depending the status of its subscription.

2 - In the HikaSubscription configuration you can set-up the email renewal emails ; these settings can be override per plan.
And the email can be customized as other HikaShop emails.
