Hi there,

I noticed that the sales statistics do not match the generated serial numbers. Here is an example based on a product: "4th Rock'n'Roll Day"
There are 10 serials generated untill now. This coincides with the actual sales.

The merchant statistics show 12 sales.

Also on the product page the number of available tickets is wrong Initial 100, (should be 90)

Please have a look,
greetings
Peter

Hello,

I'm sorry but your numbers do not indicate an issue.
Because you could have 2 sales for the product before assigning the HikaSerial pack ; which would explain the 12 sales but 10 serials.
Regarding the fact that you entered a 100 quantity to your product and you had 12 sales, it's normal that the stock is 88.

You are generating dynamically the serial, you are not taking them from a pre-generated database. So I suppose that you do not link the product quantity with the serial quantity.

So I'm afraid that I cannot deduce any problem with the actual details. Nor reproduce it with the current information.

Hi Jerome,
With this product, I can rule out that the product would be sold before it was assigned with serial numbers. I checked the sales constantly. There were definitely only 10 sales.
I also do not believe in a bug in the software, but a configuration problem.
Here are my settings:

Is there a wrong setting here?

Greetings

Hello,

If you got 10 sales and 10 serials ; I'm afraid that the problem is not related to HikaSerial, but to HikaShop.

The way you have configured HikaSerial for the generation, it does not rely one HikaSerial for the quantity stock.
As I mentionned previously, you could pre-generate 100 serials and activate the setting to link the product quantity stock to serial quantity stock ; thus you would assure that the remaining quantity is right the number of available serial in your pack.
But, the way you have configured it, I'm sorry but the "12 sold" and "88 remaining" is not related to my part of support on HikaSerial.
