Hey guys, could anyone help me to achieve the following if possible:

1.Set up HIkaserial as a product that is a digital ticket
2.Tickets will be set as a "raffle" style 1-xx
3.Tickets available are assigned per ticket sale
4.Multiple ticket sales provide multiple ticket numbers until available tickets reach zero
5.Can I then export all the ticket numbers so that they can be used to "draw" a winner?

I also need to be able to clean up the payment process so that all tickets are sold on a guest basis but an email, name and telephone number is stored for the sale only.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

CF : www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/2...serial-tutorial.html

You want to have an HikaSerial pack, without a generator so it will retrieve the serials from the SQL source.
You can import your raffles thanks to the import system or you can temporally assign a generator to the pack in order to use the "generate" feature (available in the toolbar when you edit an HikaSerial pack).
By using the setting to link the serial quantity with the product quantity, you will ensure that the product which gives serials cannot be bought if there is no more available serials.

When you are in the HikaSerial back, for the serial listing, you do have an "export" button.
It will export all serials depending your current filters (so you can filter on a pack to export all serials for that pack).
The export popup will propose you the field you want to export, so you can choose to have the user details or not.
