Stuck with making gift cards

Just installed HikaSerial and tried following the tutorials on selling gift cards.

But I'm a bit stuck.
I have managed to create a pack with the coupon generator.
Made a coupon template and assigned it.
Created 2 gift card products
I also activates AttachSerial plugin and added that.

I can buy a gift card, and a coupon is generated with a serial.
But I can figure out how to get the giftcard to the buyer?

A screenshot of your test order (to see the serials) is also required.

Hello,

There is no serial attached to your order, so it is "logical" that you do not have an e-ticket image in your notification email.
We can't see the order status in your screenshot ; we would need to be sure of it.
If the order is "created", you can edit the status directly in the backend (in the order details, not in the order listing).

Hello,

There are many possibilities :
- Your product is not linked with the pack.
- Your pack do not have a generator and its database do not have "free" serials.
- Your generator cannot create new serials (like a "coupon generator" with a "coupon template")

If you fix one of these issue, you can use the "refresh associations" button that we can see in your second screenshot. It will try to create the missing serials if it's required (and if it can).

Just to be clear - I have to make a coupon template for each type of gift card, right?

You have to create one template for the different kind of coupon you want to generate.
If there is just the value which differs, you can use the same template and use settings in the generator to dynamically override the price (or the expiration date).
