Hi

Is there a way to make the QR code generated for scanning smaller?
With all the data, is has to contain, it's huge ...

This is the QR on a papersize A4.

Hello

More data you have to encode, bigger the QR code will be.
You have to shorten the content.

Hello,

It is possible to use the SEF version of the URL.
You can also create an hidden menu to make an URL even smaller. HikaSerial propose a "serial consume" page.
Afterwards, there is still the possibility to create a "rewrite" in your htaccess file in order to make a very small URL like "mugge-p.dk/e-ticket/..." and that rewriting will include all the parameters you want to force.

PS : Please remove the "format" parameter if you want to use the "confirmation" parameter. Forcing the format (xml, json or html) bypass the possibility to use a confirmation form. Only when there is no format specified that the system perform more processing and can display that confirmation page.

I went for the htacces rewrite and it works great!

Instead of:
mugge-p.dk/eticket/?hikaserial [serial_data]={serial.serial_data}&hikaserial[format]=html

I know have:
mugge-p.dk/e/{serial.serial_data }
