-- HikaSerial version -- : 3.1.2

I want to give customers the choice between different subscription periods (1, 12 or 24 months) using the "add to cart". However, even though I have created the various subscription periods for the product, the Joomla Content frontend only displays the one month option.

Hello,

You need to create variants, each variant will be assigned to a specific period.
You can't add multiple "plans" to one single product, it will activate them all in the same time and the shorten time will be displayed for the recurrency.

Thanks, Jerome. I've now created a 'characteristic' called 'Subscription period", added it to the product and then created the variant prices for the three subscription period options, monthly, annual and biannual. So now customers can choose between lengths of subscriptions, which is great. I still need to know how to style the way the price is displayed.

Common price: US$1,440.00 Our price: US$120.00 each

That formatting is appropriate where a merchant sells an item for less than the recommend retail price; however in the context of annual subscriptions it is weird, if not misleading.

Hello,

I'm not sure to follow what you want to do. Can you please clarify ?
Price display is made by HikaShop and HikaSerial cannot override it.
The "common price" is a feature provided by HikaShop and is not related to HikaSerial.

I don't want the "Common price" to be displayed, only the price at which my site is selling the product at. "Common price" makes no sense when the customer selects "annual subcription"

Hello,

The "common price" is a feature provided by HikaShop and is not related to HikaSerial.

You should not set-up the common price in your HikaShop product configuration.
If you have questions about the common price, please open a thread in the HikaShop section of the forum.
I can only provide support for HikaSerial :)
