No e-mail reminders for expired subscriptions

Hello,
I manage a site that offers content under subscription.
For this I use HikaShop and HikaSerial.
The sending of reminder mails before the subscription expires is not done.
I don't understand what I didn't set correctly, I have activated the recurring payment in the configuration and activated the 2 emails that seem to be used for the reminder.

Thanks for your answer, I indeed saw yesterday that the customer had not renewed his subscription to HikaShop, he did it yesterday and I did receive the notification today of the subscription to a "test" plan that I had made and that ended today, it's all good
