Can't get hika to consume serials

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.5

Hi

I have created a pack witch contains 6 serials free to use. I've created a product where I've added my serial pack to, but when I buy the product, then no serial is consumed.

What am I missing?

Hi,

You have "no pack data" and no generator.
If you do not allow HikaSerial to use the serials in the database or do not provide any generator to create serials ; HikaSerial will have just nothing to assign to an order.
Please configure the pack to use the database for the "pack data" or at least create a generator for that pack.
