Hi together!

Since a short time I'm using the HikaShop Business and now I would like to manage our ticketing with HikaSerial. I guess selling e-tickets for our events will not that problem. More interesting to me is the fact of validation. Might anyone anyone explain to me how it works?
Our customers will show their e-tickets at the entrance and our staff should scan it.
Is it possible to get a ticket validation immediately? and how? Do they have to login somewhere so the serialnumber/barcode checked directly?
I did not find a tutorial (it might be that I was blind :-) ) but before buying the extension I would like to know about the technique working behind it ..

Looking very forward to receiving any kind of information.

Frank

Hello,

HikaSerial have a tutorial documentation page specially for that kind of usage :
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/2...ticket-tutorial.html

In order to have an immediate validation, the system is using QRcode (encoding an URL) and smartphones.
The smartphone can scan the QRCode, open the webpage and indicate if the serial is good or not.
And because it uses the website, the ticket cannot be used several time because the first time it will be scan, it will be mark as "used" and won't be available anymore.
